At Tiny Yarns Australia, we are a family owned company based in Sydney who are committed to ensuring your orders reach you as swiftly and securely as possible. Whether you are in Australia or New Zealand, here's everything you need to know about our shipping policies:

Orders In Australia

We process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) so that your much-awaited goodies are on their way promptly.

Most orders within Australia are delivered quickly. For those who need their items urgently, please opt for the Express Shipping option.

Shipping Costs:

Within Australia, our standard delivery fee is a flat rate of $10.50.

If you require earlier delivery, we offer Express Post through Australia Post for a flat rate of $15. With this option, your order will be dispatched within one business day and typically delivered within 1 to 2 days. However please confirm if your postcode qualifies for the next business day delivery.

Signature on Delivery:

To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order, we require a signature upon delivery by Australia Post. If you prefer to have your order left in a secure location at your address, you can select the
'Authority to Leave' option during checkout and provide specific delivery instructions.

Please be aware that Australia Post exercises discretion when delivering orders, and if no secure location is available, they may take the order to the local Post Office.

If you change your mind after the order has been shipped, you can update your shipping preferences using the 'MyPost' portal provided by Australia Post. However, please note that selecting 'Authority to Leave' is
done at your own risk, and we may not be able to assist you if your order is misplaced or stolen. We generally do not recommend this option unless you have a secure location.

International Orders

For our valued customers in New Zealand, shipping is available at a flat rate of $15.00.

Upon receiving your shipping confirmation email, you can easily track your international order by clicking on the link provided in the email, logging into your account, or using the tracking services of Australia
Post (ensure you have your tracking number handy).

Please be aware that for very large or heavy international orders, there may be shipping restrictions depending on your location. If such issues arise, we will promptly contact you to address them.


Delivery Terms

We strive to process and ship orders every business day, with most orders dispatched on the next business day or even earlier. However, please note that during high-demand periods, such as sales or product launches,
there may be exceptions. To ensure prompt dispatch and delivery, we recommend selecting Express Post.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order.

For approximate delivery time frames within Australia, Generally, allow up to 2 days for deliveries within NSW and up to 6 days for other states.

International deliveries typically take 1-3 weeks.

Please note that for international orders, you are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply.

It's essential to ensure that the delivery address provided during the order placement is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from an incorrect delivery address.

While we work with reputable delivery companies, we do not accept liability for delivery delays caused by third parties.

To enhance the security of your order, you can request a signature on delivery by deselecting the 'Signature not required on delivery' option during checkout. If you prefer Australia Post to leave your order
in a secure location at your address, keep the 'Authority to Leave' checkbox ticked. However, please be aware that if you do not request a signature, we may not be able to assist you if your order goes missing or is stolen.

Missing or Non-Delivered Parcels:

If you experience issues with missing or non-delivered parcels within Australia, please report them to us within 30 days. For international orders, the reporting window is 60 days.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address or being unclaimed at the post office will be refunded for the product cost only. To arrange redelivery, please contact us within 30 days of dispatch,
after which the refund process will be automatic.
